docs(journeys): link npm package and drop SDK beta notice#133

The Journey Embed SDK is now generally available, so remove the beta admonition from the SDK page. Link the @epilot/journey-embed-sdk package name to its npm page in the npm install section. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
