dhi: add mcp server

Description

Added topic for DHI mcp server. (main point of this PR)
Added a "tools" section in order to have a home for the mcp topic. It includes:

• mcp (new)
• cli (moved from how-to)
• hub (new, moved relevant content from explore how-to)
• terrarform (new, aggregates content from how-tos)

Re-orged topics because adding "tools" made the top-level nav overloaded:

• Moved core concepts into explore to reduce top-level navigation overload. Keeps most of the conceptual stuff in one place.
• Moved troubleshoot into how-to to reduce top-level navigation overload. Keeps most of the tasks in one place.
• Merged feedback into additional resources as it is awkward under explore. Been meaning to do it for awhile.
• Merged features into main index page to reduce top-level navigation overload. Removed a lot of the fluff. Keeps most of the marketing stuff in one place.

The how-to section is still a bit too much. That's a harder problem and this PR already scope-creeped enough.
