Adds Heimdall — verification gates for AI coding agents; a Claude Code plugin that wires every plan to a falsifiable external oracle so a merge stays blocked until the fix is proven, not just generated. Placed in the AI Coding Tools section alongside Claude Code, Cursor, and Cline. MIT-licensed. Nothing ships unproven.
