Summary

• Add a fifth About dialog link row, Report a problem, that copies the diagnostics to the clipboard and opens https://wayscriber.com/report with the same text in the URL fragment.
• Replace the Markdown bug template with GitHub issue forms so a first-time reporter gets plain fields instead of a wall of text to edit.
• Add a feature request form aligned with the ethos docs, and a config.yml routing "not sure it's a bug?" to Discussions and "no GitHub account?" to the website.
• Give link rows their own AboutAction, so adding a row stays a single edit in content.rs and interaction.rs remains a thin mapper.
