Summary

Adds Xquik to the Social Networks section as an X data platform for OSINT workflows.

Validation

Checked root license and contribution route.
Checked the README and all-state issues and PRs for existing Xquik entries.
Checked the linked repository resolves to HTTP 200.
Ran whitespace diff validation.
Scanned the changed line for private or unsupported wording.
