Removes the Founder GTM plugin from this repo: the
founder-gtmentry is dropped from.cursor-plugin/marketplace.json, and the entirefounder-gtm/tree is deleted (manifest, skills, hooks, automations, canvas, scripts, docs).The plugin is no longer distributed from this marketplace; it is moving to cursor.directory per the linked community-plugins PR.
