@HanCotterell This migration was in here twice. Was there supposed to be a different migration too? f71b051#diff-57a8a9786a3ec8fddde5df912a1ff74adc6b34c699627545b5d6d2c4dee73795 I deployed it without that and it seems to work. |

Changes design so that slack channel id is stored and retrieved from db value.
