This commit removes tests focused around transpilation that do not necessarily test the Jco API, as they will be put into `jco-transpile`.
This commit moves in tests and updates machinery to perform bindgen tests in `jco-transpile` rather than `jco`, as the former is now a dependency of the latter. Without this reorganization, errors that got committed to jco-transpile may not be tested until integration with jco
