This fixes LSP handling of references. References could become stale, out of order, and untracked. The reference slice is replaced with a single reverse index owned by the lsp and keyed by definition site rather then workspace. Shared dependencies have the same key among multiple workspaces.
To reproduce this issue, open
event.protounderproto/and click goto on aTimestampfield. Then find reference should show this field plus all otherTimestampuse cases in this workspace.
