Adds ADHDev — self-hosted daemon + web dashboard for driving local CLI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor CLI, Antigravity, Hermes, Kimi) from a browser or phone, with parallel agents across git worktrees (Repo Mesh) and gated auto-merges (Refinery). AGPL-3.0.
