Adds Tura to the open-source terminal coding agents section. It's not mine, but I saw it on Reddit, and it looks really advanced.
Tura is a Rust-based CLI harness that beats Codex on DeepSWE. It batches tool calls to save tokens, uses backwards reasoning to plan solutions, and pre-compacts agent turns before tokens are spent. Benchmark results show it increases code quality while costing fewer tokens.
