Regenerates the legacy npm v1 lockfile as lockfile v3, pins the transitive
wsdependency to patched version 8.21.0, and removes unused/incompatible legacy ESLint packages that prevented a clean dependency resolution. Verified withnpm ci, build, and tests on Node.js 22 and 24.
