[Test] Fix gpu_job.sh to discover installed cuda-samples version

Description of changes

• Detect the Cuda samples version installed in the AMI instead of hardcoding to a particular version; without this the dependency upgrades where we upgrade CUDA version fails with

• Add dependency_upgrades.yaml for testing
