Summary

make the vision role follow the fast, normal, and smart model tiers
prefer Claude Opus 5 for mixed smart routing, with GPT 5.6 Sol in the fallback chain
continue skipping text-only rungs and document the routing contract

Verification

CGO_ENABLED=0 nix shell nixpkgs#go -c go test ./...
generated the complete fixture catalog and confirmed GPT-only, mixed, and Claude-only smart vision routes
