The build panics because openssl-sys 0.9.24 only supports OpenSSL 1.0.1/1.0.2/1.1.0 and LibreSSL 2.5/2.6.0. Update the dependency to a version that supports modern OpenSSL to resolve the compilation error. Closes askobara#3
