Fix installation symlinks and support skipping API key setup - #1

- Resolves the symlink path dynamically in bin/arrowcode before determining ROOT directory, fixing the 'index.ts not found' error on Linux and macOS. - Prompts the user during initial setup whether they want to configure API keys now, and adds a Cancel choice (0) to the Provider list. - Exits gracefully on cancel/skip with exit code 0.

This PR resolves the 'index.ts not found' installation error by implementing portable symlink resolution in the
