What changes were proposed in this pull request?
The task is to add a tool that takes input as a bucket and outputs the total immediately purgeable vs the snapshot trapped bytes for the bucket. This can be used whenever the user suspects their deletion is stuck to evaluate whether the deletion is blocked because of snapshots
