Add ONL support for the AS1817-64O (64x OSFP + 2x SFP28) on kernel 6.12. Kernel drivers: - fpga: OSFP/SFP control and per-port I2C masters - i2c-ocores: I2C masters behind the FPGA - fan: 8 fan modules (front/rear) via IPMI - psu: 4 PSUs via IPMI - thermal: 14 board sensors via IPMI - leds: IPMI-based LED control - sys: system EEPROM and CPLD/FPGA version ONLP platform: - sfpi: 64x OSFP + 2x SFP28, EEPROM/DOM read, CMIS per-lane TX disable - fani: 16 chassis fans + 4 PSU fans - thermali: 15 chassis + PSU thermals - psui: 4 PSUs - ledi: 5 LEDs - sysi: platform info and ONIE EEPROM Signed-off-by: rayx_huang <rayx_huang@edge-core.com>
