- Removes all instances of the RepeatableItemsOnTokens setting. We're choosing to remove this setting because it has continiously caused seed generation issues when set to Off. In addition we have resolved all issues with skulltulas giving items which was also a concern when the setting was implemented.
Adds in new custom item to support Progressive Lullaby
