WordPress plugin with AJAX contact form, reCAPTCHA support, input persistence, and a 5-minute cooldown. I use it on my contact page on my website WPConstructor.com/contact.

Built to deepen my understanding of WordPress plugin development.

🏷️ WPConstructor Terms Enhancer (v0.5.6)

Enhances the WordPress Terms block (e.g. post tags) by adding term counts and an option to disable links for single-use terms.

Built to deepen my understanding of Gutenberg block development in WordPress plugins.

🧹 WPConstructor Unlinker (v1.0.1)

Removes symbolic links in WordPress plugins and themes during updates and uninstall processes for preserving original sources for Composer- and monorepo-based workflows.

Built to solve a real-world need that I was missing myself.

WPConstructor Previous Next Post Block adds a previous and next post navigation block with featured images and post titles for WordPress.

🧭 Background

I started building plugins in 2006 with Joomla extensions, working with PHP and JavaScript. After a longer break, I transitioned to WordPress plugin development in 2017.

I use AI tools to support my workflow, but I’ve learned that strong fundamentals and hands-on development remain essential—AI is a helpful assistant, not a replacement.
