Overview
Updates theme/artifact.json so deployments pull the B2B Vue theme from a PR 2372 prerelease package instead of the previous 2.53.0-alpha.2408 blob.

The deploy-theme workflow reads this URL via jq and passes it to vc-build CloudEnvSetParameter as the store theme Helm parameter—no other files change.
