Overview
Updates the vc-frontend B2B Vue theme package referenced for QA deployment by changing the blob URL in theme/artifact.json from the PR 2336 build (…pr-2336-50d4…) to the PR 2358 build (…pr-2358-78c5…), still on theme version 2.53.0.

Deploy workflows read this file to set the theme Helm parameter, so QA will pull the new prerelease zip on the next theme deploy.
