Adds a 'How you use it' section near the top: deploy on a public server, create the artifact, publish, send the link by email/Teams, the recipient opens and interacts, gated and tracked, on your own box. Heads off two common confusions: that it is just a file host (it is the gate + tracking + self-host on top), and that localhost links should reach other people (localhost is for trying it out; a public deploy is what makes links shareable). Docs-only.
