Summary

Add typed approvalSchema / responseSchema contracts for approvals, generic responses, and client-tool interrupts.
Implement batched staging plus item/root resolution, cancellation, and structured error handling.
Add atomic persistence, recovery, and continuation replay across memory, Drizzle, Prisma, and Cloudflare adapters.
Bring React, Preact, Solid, Vue, Svelte, and Angular integrations to feature parity.
Add migrations, deprecation guidance, documentation, and end-to-end interrupt coverage.

Stack

This PR is stacked on #785 and targets its feat/persistence branch.

Testing

An earlier post-fix pnpm test:pr run passed after the substantive implementation fixes.
On the final committed tree, the formatter and frozen-lockfile install passed; the broad canonical run passed all non-timeout categories but exposed Windows host timeout flakiness in subprocess-heavy suites.
Direct changed persistence suites passed: Cloudflare 40/40 and Prisma 29/29.
Focused interrupt E2E coverage passed 11/11.
The full repository E2E suite is deferred to CI per user direction.
