Purpose of this pull request

This pull request adds a Code Review section to CLAUDE.md so Claude Code defaults to a fast, single-pass diff review for routine PRs instead of the deep multi-agent /review pipeline (parallel finder agents + verification pass). The deep review stays available on request, or automatically for large/high-risk PRs.

Select the type of change

  • Minor Changes - Typos, formatting, slight revisions
  • Update Content - Revisions, updating sections
  • New Content - New features, sections, pages, tutorials
  • Site and Tools - .clabot, version updates, maintenance, dependencies, new packages for the site (Docusaurus, Gatsby, React, etc.)

Add a Code Review section to CLAUDE.md so Claude Code defaults to a
single-pass diff review for routine PRs, reserving the deep multi-agent
/review pipeline for explicit requests or large/high-risk PRs.

Close the escalation loophole found during testing: the previous
wording let file/diff size alone justify invoking the multi-agent
review pipeline. Now requires the user's explicit go-ahead before
escalating, and explicitly bars spawning background research agents
for routine reviews.
