Purpose of this pull request
This pull request documents new options for dashboard PDF/PNG exports and scheduled reports: a selectable Light/Dark theme and a configurable resolution (1,500–6,000 px). It also documents panel-level time range behavior for exports and adds a corresponding service release note.
