42 kk.yml card descriptions for all non-hidden orgs (description only; titles keep the orgs' original names). Bump core submodule to pull in the kk locale. Log the new locale in TRANSLATIONS_REVIEW and update the guide scope tracker. AI-assisted drafts, LOW CONFIDENCE — needs thorough native Kazakh review, not a light proofread.
