💡 What:
Replaced a chained .map() and .filter() operation with a single .reduce() operation in the displayContacts $derived state within src/lib/components/Contact.svelte.

🎯 Why:
The previous implementation involved two iterations over the array and the allocation of an intermediate array. Consolidating this into a single .reduce() operation is more memory efficient and executes faster.

📊 Measured Improvement:
I established a baseline benchmark using mitata via bun testing against the previous map().filter() chain and the newly implemented reduce() approach. The optimization yielded a ~50% performance improvement, reducing the execution time from an average of ~230ns to ~117ns per iteration in bun/mitata.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 5840997460770768628 started by @Sparkier

Replaced the chained `.map().filter()` calls with a single `.reduce()`
operation for the `displayContacts` derived state. This prevents the
allocation of an intermediate array and halves the iterations required,
leading to a ~50% performance improvement (from ~230ns to ~117ns per
iteration measured in bun/mitata).
