companion docs for SiriusSoftwareLtd/rayfield-gen2#102, which adds a pace setting for the interface.
adds a Motion section to the windows page covering SetAnimationSpeed and GetAnimationSpeed, and notes that it is library wide rather than per window and that players can change it from the settings tab.
worth holding until #102 merges, since none of this exists on dev yet.
