- Add Qoder CLI as a built-in provider with localized settings, icon, detection, installation guidance, and lifecycle support.
- Support Qoder sessions, model, permission, planning, reasoning-effort, resume, and invalid-session handling.
- Add Qoder lifecycle plugin forwarding and integration coverage for provider registration.
- Harden ACP stream handling and thought-level configuration compatibility for provider capabilities.
- Register Qoder UI, detection, sessions, lifecycle plugin, and localized label - Harden ACP probing, stream filtering, and thought-level configuration
