What changed
Settings form label columns now top-align with their fields instead of vertically centering when inputs stack with helper text (for example Add Provider on Models).
Why this change was made
Multi-line fields (input + helper text) made centered labels look floated mid-field instead of sitting with the control.
Impact
Form labels sit at the top of each field column next to the input, while compact list rows stay vertically centered.
