Description
Added ability to decline TOS inside onboarding and inside launcher settings
If declined, it blocks any communication with polyfrost services and sentry
Added ability to enable it inside launcher settings, because previously it could only be accepted inside onboarding.
After agreeing to the terms (inside launcher settings), user has to restart the app for every loop/connection/websocket to start working (those related to the polyfrost services and sentry).
