Added progress bar to the first launch screen

• it works in steps, because there is not data to push it from

Also changed progress bar to a reusable component (there were 4 duplicates inside codebase)

How to test

1. Make a clear launch inside dev env (delete user_data.db, settings.json, clusters folder and metadata/caches/bundles folder)
2. There will be a progress bar (for me it goes so fast that it's mostly static)

Test with only first launch view on screen

1. Make clear launch inside dev env
2. Comment up the lines that make the router replace urls
3. Boot up OneClient and you'll see how the progress bar works
