In order to use system CMake which nowadays is CMake 4, incompatible with CMake 3. Related: PerlAlien#432

In order to use system CMake which nowadays is CMake 4, incompatible with CMake 3.
I understand you probably want to support both CMake 4 and 3. I post this patch those who need to move to 4 without looking back on 3.
