docs: record the adversarial re-review of PR #294 - #382
Merged
Conversation
The independent second pass over PR #294, re-committed under the human author of record — the reviewing session committed with an AI git identity, which the attribution gate refuses regardless of trailer, and its branch cannot be rewritten without a force-push. Content unchanged from that session's work: the pass reproduced every first-pass claim by execution against a materialised merge and found the first pass missed the PR's one red required check (attribution) and asserted the opposite; one merge-blocker finding and two additions sharpening the maintainer's point 4 and the iss-285/itd-128 deferral. Replaces #381 (closed): the reviewing session committed with an AI git identity, which the attribution gate refuses regardless of trailer — the human is the author of record, and the contributor graph reads identity fields. Same 177-line record, re-committed under the correct identity with the honest trailer for the model that did the work.
The substance: the independent second pass over PR #294 found the first pass missed the PR's one red required check (
attribution) and asserted the opposite — so the standing review's "happy to merge once the five points land" is unreachable until the author also adds their disclosure line; plus two findings sharpening review point 4 and the iss-285/itd-128 deferral.
