Add G703 wired HID++ support and writable onboard format 3

Summary

• Treat the original G703 USB cable (046d:c087) as HID++ direct-connect, same generation as G403 HERO (legacy DPI 0x2201, report rate 0x8060).
• Mark onboard profile format 3 (HEAT) writable after a guided write probe on this cable unit: name, default-slot DPI, and 500 Hz stored, confirmed live, and restored.
• Use the captured G703 grid for format 3: 5 DPI slots, 50–12000 × 50, 125/250/500/1000 Hz.

Wireless / Lightspeed (0xc539) and G703 HERO wired (0xc090) were not on the bench. Format 3 still has no factory-reset image.

Test plan

• G703 on USB enumerates as direct-connect; sidebar shows Wired
• DPI write via 0x2201 re-reads as the value sent
• Polling-rate and DPI-slot edits write the active onboard profile and reload
• Lift-off / sensor card stays hidden (no 0x2202)
• Battery percentage and charging state populate on cable
• Primary and Logo lighting zones are offered (write-only)
