…_docs Moves 10 dated docs/ files out of the repo: PLAN_* docs superseded or already implemented, the two FINDINGS_* notes, and DESIGN_COOPERATIVE_REFRESH_WAIT, per the workspace convention that only PLAN_FREEZE_HARDENING (2026-07-31) and later remain as live/reference docs.
