…oser Make the workspace file tree draggable: - Drag a file or directory onto another directory, or onto the workspace root, to move it there. A new move_file_tree_entry command backs both the desktop and server runtimes and rejects no-op, into-self, and into-descendant moves. - Drag a file or directory into the chat composer to insert a reference to it. - On desktop the Tauri webview owns the HTML5 drop, so the move is committed and the hovered drop directory is highlighted from native Tauri drag events; the web build reads the DOM drag events directly. - Picking up or clicking a row selects it, and the selection, hover, and drop-target states share one inset row highlight, while the drag shows a compact labeled chip. - Add the move-failure toast across the ten locales.
