Four tools to wire the five pillars (identity, wallet, calendar,
social, alignment) into a coherent whole — health monitoring,
cross-pillar coherence checks, and status reflection. Mirrors the
OpenClaw pip install nse-orchestrator SDK.

The orchestrator detects pillars by importing the underlying Python
packages (nostrkey, nostrwalletconnect, nostrcalendar,
nostrsocial, social_alignment). Install the corresponding HA
plugins to make pillars available to the orchestrator at runtime.
