Fluxara is a desktop application for designing utility-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS). It sizes a project to a target MWh and lays it out on your real site, producing container counts, inverter pairings, augmentation schedules, access roads, and feeders in minutes instead of weeks.
- Sizing engine: sizes AC- and DC-coupled batteries of any chemistry to a target MWh, with separate or bundled auxiliary power accounting. Outputs container counts, inverter pairings, and augmentation schedules.
- Layout engine: multi-area site layouts with automatic road generation, equipment placement, per-cluster spacing, and an aerial underlay. Block size, spacing, and grouping are configurable.
- Augmentation: models a 20-year augmentation schedule that holds usable energy flat as the batteries decay.
- Weather and aux: pulls 20 years of climate data and derives TMY P50 and ERYh P90 profiles per site.
- Library and files: OEM battery, inverter, loss-profile, and layout templates; import as .bfx, bundle a whole project into one portable .bfp file.
