Fix Add Home Address opening over the wrong background

Explanation of Change

Centralize the Add Home Address navigation behind a small helper that first swaps the RHP background to the profile page, then opens private personal details. This keeps the existing destination the same while fixing the three new non-Settings entry points that were opening the RHP over a report or Home screen.

Tests

Preconditions:

1. Add an address to the workspace.
2. Enable Distance rates.
3. Select Calculate by home and office in Distance rates > Settings > Exclude commutes.
4. Invite another member without an address to the workspace.

Steps:

1. Login with the member without an address.
2. Go to Workspace chat > Create a manual expense
3. Go the report of the created expense
4. Click on the "+" button > Track Distance > Add Home Address
5. Verify the private personal details page opens with the address field focused.
6. Verify the background page underneath the RHP is the profile page, not the expense report or Home screen.
7. Repeat from the Home time-sensitive Add Home Address entry point.
8. Repeat from the in-report Home address required actionable message.
