Also update actions to upload and download artifacts and publish to PyPI
Vite 7, Storybook 10.3. Note, Storybook workaround added and ESLint 10 and Vite 8 updates postponed as some plugins need to be updated. Also add pnpm lock file. From linter: avoid ref hooks and state setters usage in effect hooks and fix some render loops
Only report errors when every model in union fails validation. Also fix typing glitch in simple demo script
