Also update actions to upload and download artifacts and publish to PyPI
Vite 7, Storybook 10.3. Note, Storybook workaround added and ESLint 10 and Vite 8 updates postponed as some plugins need to be updated. Also add pnpm lock file. From linter: avoid ref hooks and state setters usage in effect hooks and fix some render loops

This can show a MJPEG stream. Beware that CORS will prevent access to third party content unless that host sets its response header Access-Control-Allow-Origin appropriately
