This PR updates the
isms-automationsrecipe and theincident-responseskill documentation to reflect a migration of the security incident in-take flow from external Tally forms to a native Notion Form integrated directly with our Incidents database (3a69cd84-2705-819f-a366-d2f4c017e9bb).What did Sam notice that led to this?
Robert (<@U08NBG15F44>) suggested consolidating the incident tracking locations by replacing Tally with a native Notion Form since the current volume of submissions in Tally is very low, and keeping all operations within Notion avoids manual copy-pasting of rows.
