What is this change?
Adds a constraint to the support-request-triage skill requiring the use of deep-linked conversation/chat URLs on the echo dashboard when referring to relevant recordings in support triage threads.
What did Sam notice that led to this?
Feedback from Jor highlighting that direct conversation links are extremely useful for developers to quickly view and debug affected recordings on the echo dashboard.
