Summary

Prepare the public documentation for removal of the privately operated telemetry receiver from reachable Git history.

  • retain full client-side telemetry transparency, endpoint, payload, opt-in, preview, reset, deletion, and fail-open behavior
  • remove private receiver architecture and dashboard implementation details
  • correct the changelog without changing RC12 runtime behavior

Validation

  • npm test: 35 passed, 1 expected local Docker skip, 0 failed
  • JavaScript syntax passed
  • YAML parsing passed
  • git diff --check passed

Scope

No runtime code, version, tag, release, GHCR image, endpoint, payload, or telemetry behavior changes.

Keep client-side telemetry transparent while removing private receiver architecture details from public documentation and correcting the changelog. No runtime, version, tag, release, endpoint, or payload behavior changes.
