Release mind v7.0.0 — memory platform

Summary

• promotes the audited memory-platform candidate to stable 7.0.0
• aligns the artifact, changelog, English and Arabic documentation, skill metadata, and generated facts on one pinned checksum
• refreshes every public benchmark against the release artifact with clean provenance
• fixes mutation-run stdin inheritance and adds regressions for both the CLI and mutation harness

Why

Version 7 is the first stable release of the expanded memory platform: automatic policy-gated capture, typed and scoped memory, explicit user memory, privacy lifecycle operations, backup and compaction, deterministic journal merge, a stdio protocol server, persistent semantic sidecars, and deterministic modular-to-single-file distribution.

Release governance

This PR is ready for the required nine-cell Ubuntu/macOS/Windows and Python 3.9/3.12/3.14 matrix. The release tag will be signed and published only after the required checks pass and the branch is merged.

All nine required CI cells passed on pull request #16. No review threads or comments are open. Because GitHub requires one independent approval and the solo maintainer cannot self-approve, this release uses the documented administrator bypass. The merge is performed as a non-forced fast-forward so the six verified SSH-signed commits remain byte-identical.
