docs: add initial Kubernetes connector documentation page

Summary

• Adds baton/kubernetes.mdx — initial documentation page for the baton-kubernetes connector
• Modeled after the existing eks.mdx page
• Covers capabilities, prerequisites, RBAC setup, and deployment instructions for both self-hosted (in-cluster service account) and cloud-hosted (bearer token + public API endpoint) modes

What's included

• Capabilities table for all 13 synced resource types (sync only, no provisioning currently)
• RBAC manifest (Namespace, ServiceAccount, ClusterRole, ClusterRoleBinding) for read-only cluster access
• Self-hosted tab: in-cluster deployment using a service account, matching the recommended Kubernetes-native pattern
• Cloud-hosted tab: bearer token + API server URL for clusters with a public endpoint

Notes for reviewers

• The sidebar nav entry will need to be added separately
• "Kubernetes" is intentionally generic (not AKS/EKS/GKE) — those managed variants have their own pages
