Current hp-laptop runtime (T=206): `ontology_version=3.16.2`, `t_day=206`, `log_len=1467`. Current ffs0 operator state is summarized in `kb/superset/running-state.md`. `session:sam.governance` is currently occupied by `agent:vscode.hp-laptop.copilot`; `agent:claude-code.hp-laptop` is legacy/idle unless Claude Code is actually running and a reviewed payload restores occupancy. Kernel-side context matters for WF19 purpose/scope pins, WF21 causality, applied `calendar_event` G-ingest observations, the scoped-idle T200+ session lanes, the repaired WF07 `anchors/anchor` Calendar source-anchor pair, and §M11/§M12 actor discipline. The T194 code change in this repo aligns occupancy/admin helper principal recognition with the ontology's existing `user|agent|group` authority surface.
