Bump the pinned Turso CLI from v0.1.2-pre.4 to the latest stable release. The v0.7.0 installer still creates ~/.turso/env on a fresh machine, so the existing source lines keep working. Verified locally: install, check, DDL from create.sql, and a CSV .import round trip all succeed on 0.7.0. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
